Models retain ownership of their live stream content but grant the Company a license to broadcast and archive it as part of the Services.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of our Services or included software, nor may you reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code of that software.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall milfcam.org, its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

• Your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Services.
• Any conduct or content of any third party (including Models) on the Services.
• Any content obtained from the Services.
• Unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content.

Our total cumulative liability to you for all claims arising from or related to the Services shall not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you have paid to us in the last six (6) months, or (b) One Hundred United States Dollars (US $100).

This limitation applies regardless of the legal theory (contract, tort, negligence, etc.) and even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
